A contractor's Identity

A contractor has shared their Identity with you: their official file, to look at before you entrust them with work.

The Client space on Identities: 1, the Identities choice; 2, the list of contractors, Goutedo Sàrl selected; 3, the sections of their file, from National identification register to P.O. Box.
  1. Identities, at the top of the Client space.
  2. Your contractors: one per Identity shared with you.
  3. The sections of their file, from National identification register to P.O. Box. In Certificates, each certificate has its PDF and its expiry date.

Good to know

Section titled “Good to know”
  • Data from the official registers fills in the national identification register, the company information, the commercial register, VAT and the P.O. box: the contractor does not enter it themselves.
  • Always up to date: when the contractor renews a certificate, you see the new one, without them sending it to you again.
  • An email tells you about the share: its View Identity button opens their file directly.
