TAYO.pro is made for building companies and tradespeople who work for property managers. It helps you work well, show you are in good standing and be visible: one module for each.
Work well: Projects
Section titled “Work well: Projects”Work orders, quotes, invoices and messages in one place, from the request to the invoice. Work orders from your Tayo property managers arrive on their own, with no re-typing, and each project keeps its history: you see at a glance what is scheduled, what is waiting for a quote and what is left to invoice.
Show you are in good standing: Identity
Section titled “Show you are in good standing: Identity”Before giving you a job, a property manager wants to know you are insured and in good standing. Your Identity brings together the UID register data, your insurance policies and your certificates: your Tayo property managers always see it up to date, without you sending any file again, and TAYO.pro warns you before a certificate expires.
Be visible: Star
Section titled “Be visible: Star”Good work rarely becomes known beyond your clients. Star is your public page — introduction, specialties, areas, references — made to be found by property managers who do not know you yet, without building a website. What it shares with your Identity, you fill in only once.

Creating your TAYO.pro account is not enough to receive that work: you also need to connect Tayo.
Good to know
Section titled “Good to know”- TAYO.pro does not produce your quotes or invoices: it sends the PDF made in your own software.
- A UID number is required: only companies listed in the Swiss business register can open a company account.
- Many features are modules: as long as you do not turn them on, nothing changes.
