Your clients in TAYO.pro

Your clients come in two kinds, and each receives your documents by a different route.

Tayo property managers arrive on their own, with their active projects, as soon as your account is linked to Tayo. Nothing to create. Your quotes and invoices reach them in Tayo. BASIC plan.
Your own clients — private individuals, businesses, management companies outside Tayo: you create or import them, then send them work orders, quotes and invoices from TAYO.pro. If you share a project with them, they follow it in their Client space, with no subscription, and only see the projects you open to them. PLUS plan.

Good to know

Sending to a property manager is not sharing. A Tayo property manager receives your documents in Tayo and does not need the Client space.
A document with no project (visit report, contract) can only go to a Tayo property manager: Send a document to a client.
Without the PLUS plan, spontaneous quotes and invoices are still possible, for your Tayo property managers only.
