Your Identity

Identity is your company’s official file: your clients always see it up to date, and you no longer have to send them your attestations again.

What it contains

• The official data — company name, head office, legal form, commercial register, VAT — come from the UID register and cannot be edited by hand.
• The rest — description, sectors, size, contacts, certificates — is yours to keep up to date.

Good to know

• Your Tayo property managers see it automatically, up to date as soon as you save. With the PLUS plan, you can also share it with your own clients, from their record.
• The fields marked Star also feed your Star profile: you fill them in once, here.

Syncing with the UID register

Your official data has changed (head office, legal form, VAT)? Make the change with the authorities first, then sync your Identity with the commercial register. Only the official data changes.

Changing the UID

Picked the wrong company at sign-up? Correct it with My UID is incorrect?, under the UID number. This change is possible only once; the rest of your Identity is kept.

If something goes wrong

The register cannot find your company, or you need to change the UID a second time: contact support.
