The dashboard

The dashboard sits at the top of Projects: what you need to create a project or a document, and what awaits you in the coming days.

The dashboard: 1, Quick actions with New spontaneous quote, New spontaneous invoice and More actions; 2, Follow-up and the period, Next 7 days; 3, Reminders, overdue and upcoming; 4, On-Site jobs, overdue and upcoming. On the left, the Projects statuses.
  1. Quick actions: a spontaneous quote or invoice. More actions offers sending a document and, with the PLUS plan, a quote request and a work order.
  2. The follow-up period, seven days by default: it sets what counts as “upcoming”.
  3. Reminders: your project reminders, overdue and upcoming.
  4. On-Site jobs: those overdue and upcoming.
