Send a document to a client

Your document goes into Tayo, to the property manager, attached to the job site you chose.

Animation: on the dashboard, click More actions then Send document, choose the property manager Régie du Léman SA, then the job site by searching for “Quai”, Visit report category left as the default, add the PDF, then click Send: Document sent successfully.

Good to know

Section titled “Good to know”
  • No e-mail goes out and no project is created: the property manager finds the document in Tayo.
  • Job sites come from Tayo: a job site that only exists in TAYO.pro cannot be chosen.
  • What you have sent is on the property manager’s record, Documents tab.

If something goes wrong

A send that fails stays in Draft in the record’s Documents tab, with the error and Retry. If the error comes back, contact support.
