Your certificates

Your insurance policies and attestations live in your Identity: your property managers see them up to date, and TAYO.pro warns you before they expire.

  1. In Identity, Certificates section, add one of the recommended certificates, or another one from the full list.
  2. Attach the PDF and its expiry date.
  3. Save: each certificate is saved on its own, without switching the page to edit mode.

Good to know

  • No expiry date, no reminder. With one, every member of the company is warned two weeks before, then on the day itself, according to their notifications.
  • One certificate per type: to replace it, open it with the pencil and change the file or the date.
  • Which ones? None is mandatory in TAYO.pro; the ones marked “Recommended” are advised. First, the ones your property managers or a project ask for: most often the Liability Insurance Certificate, the Commercial Register Extract and the Certificate of Payment of Social Security Contributions.
