A project's screen

Every project opens on the same screen.

Example of a work order from Régie du Léman SA: 1, the back arrow; 2, the client, the type, the number and the On-site job to schedule status; 3, the Schedule an on-site job and Close on-site jobs buttons, and the ⋯ menu at the top right; then the tabs 4, Overview (open), 5, Details and 6, Messages.
  1. Back to the list.
  2. The project at a glance: its client, its type, its number and its status. A click on the number copies it; a click on the status opens Force the status.
  3. The actions. The buttons change with the status: here Schedule an on-site job and Close on-site jobs. The rest is under ⋯.
  4. Overview: the request itself, with the client, the site, the description, the digicode and the contacts, plus your reminder and your note.
  5. Details: the quotes, the invoices and, depending on your modules, the on-site jobs and the Project Drive.
  6. Messages: the project’s messaging, to talk with your client and the contact people, such as the tenant or the caretaker.
