Force a project's status
Force the status changes a status by hand, when the normal tracking is stuck: the property manager has not closed a finished job, for example. It is not recommended: the status usually follows your actions and the sync with Tayo.
On a project, click its status at the top of the page, or use its ⋯ menu. Quotes, invoices and on-site jobs have the same option in their row’s menu. Nothing changes before you confirm.
What it does not do
Section titled “What it does not do”- Nothing is sent. Moving a project to Awaiting payment does not send the invoice.
- Tayo is not updated, the property manager sees nothing, and the next sync can restore the old status.
A quote or an invoice sent outside TAYO.pro
Section titled “A quote or an invoice sent outside TAYO.pro”Do not force the status: send the document from the project and answer No to “Would you like to send an email?”. The button becomes Mark as sent: nobody receives an e-mail, and the document moves to Sent.
