Schedule and finish an on-site job

You schedule the on-site job, then, once the work is done, you close it and the project moves on to what comes next.

Animation: in a work order from Régie du Léman SA, click on Schedule an on-site job, typing the title, the next day's date and 9:00, Send a communication turned off, click on Save; then, in Details, click on Close the on-site job, choice of Invoice to send, communication turned off, and click on Save: the project moves to Invoice to send.
Animation recorded in the light theme.
  • Calendar, in the menu, shows the on-site jobs of all your projects, read-only: you schedule an on-site job in its project, and Open the project takes you there.
  • No Calendar and no On-Site jobs card? The On-site jobs & calendar module is turned off.
  • “What needs to be done next?”: Invoice to send if everything is done, On-site job to schedule if you need to come back, Quote to send if what follows goes beyond what was ordered.
  • Nobody was there, or the on-site job will not take place? In the on-site job’s ⋯ menu, choose No-show or Cancel the on-site job rather than closing it: the project goes back to On-site job to schedule.

The project’s status does not match the work done? Force a project’s status.
