Your notification settings are personal: they change nothing for the other members of the company.

The real risk: getting too many

Once you get too many, you stop reading them, and you miss the one that mattered. Keep what calls for an action: a new work request, a quote accepted or declined, a project reminder due, a certificate expiring. Turn off the rest: everything stays visible in the app.

Good to know

• A ticked notification may never come: one from a module that is off, like automatic invoice reminders. Check first that the module is on.
• The chosen language only applies to future notifications.
