Create and manage your clients

Your client is in Clients, ready to receive work orders, quotes and invoices from TAYO.pro.

Before you start

• The PLUS plan.
• The client’s e-mail address: it is required.

1. In Clients, create a business or a person with the + button.
2. Fill in the record and save.
3. Share your Identity with them, or close: you can do it later from their record.

Good to know

• Tayo property managers are not created: they arrive with the Tayo connection.
• Several clients at once: import them from a CSV file.
• Every contact needs an e-mail address: see Contacts and messages.
• Deleting a client permanently erases their projects, on-site jobs, quotes and invoices.

If something goes wrong

A Tayo property manager is missing from the list? It is not a client to create: I can’t see my clients or my projects.
