The Project Drive

The Project Drive keeps the project’s before / after photos, plans and delivery notes with it, so you or a colleague can find them months later.

Good to know

Section titled “Good to know”
  • It is strictly internal: your clients do not see these files, and nothing is shared from the Drive. To pass on a document, attach it to the quote or the invoice, or send it in a project message.
  • Name your files when uploading: the suggested name is the original one, and an Electrical plan kitchen is easier to find than an IMG_4821.
  • The preview scrolls through the whole Drive: move from one file to the next without closing it.
  • PLUS plan, for all the company’s users, once the Project Drive module is turned on in Settings → Application.
