Send a spontaneous invoice

Invoice work done without a work order: TAYO.pro creates a project for this invoice and sends it.

Animation: in Projects, click New spontaneous invoice in the quick actions, choose Régie du Léman SA, search for the job site by typing “Simplon”, enter the description, Save and continue, enter the amount and add the PDF, Save and continue, Sent through Tayo, click Send invoice; the new project opens, with its Tayo number, in Awaiting payment.

Good to know

Section titled “Good to know”
  • For a property manager, a work order is created in Tayo: the invoice arrives there with its own work order, and the project carries its number.
  • Client outside Tayo: without Portal & notifications, or with “No” to “Would you like to send an email?”, the invoice is only marked as sent: it is up to you to pass it on another way.
  • Always a final invoice: there is no spontaneous deposit invoice.
