Create a project

You create a work order for one of your own clients — a private individual, a company, a property manager outside Tayo — and you share it with them.

Nothing: you are proposing work

Send a spontaneous quote

Nothing: the work is done

Send a spontaneous invoice

Animation: in Projects, click on More actions then New work order in the quick actions, choice of the client Famille Rochat then of the job site, typing the description, Save and continue, Details step, Save and continue, then Send step: No to Would you like to send an email?, and a click on Done; the project opens in On-site job to schedule.

Good to know

Section titled “Good to know”
  • The project is saved from the first step, but nothing is sent to the client before the last one.
  • “Yes” to the e-mail: your client receives a link to their Client space. Without Tayo, that is where they follow the project.
  • Request client validation: the project waits in Awaiting approval until they confirm, and no on-site job can be scheduled until then.

Leaving the creation

The ⋯ at the top right opens the project as it stands or deletes it, with what has already been prepared; the back arrow asks you whether to keep it or delete it. If you leave through the menu, the project is kept as it is.
