It is forgiving

You do not have to type perfectly.

Word order does not matter: complémentaire devis finds the same thing as devis complémentaire.

The trick: quotation marks

That tolerance is handy, but it sometimes returns too much. For an exact search, put your text in quotation marks:

"devis complémentaire"

Now the words must follow each other in exactly that order. "complémentaire devis" returns nothing, where it worked without the quotes.

Use them when you are looking for:

• a precise company name — "Régie du Lac";
• an address — "rue des Vergers 12";
• an exact phrase you know you wrote.

My changes are not showing

That is normal, and your data is not lost.

Search works on a copy of the data, not on the live version. When you change something it is saved immediately, but search may still show the old version for a moment.

What to do: run the search again. The results reload with up-to-date data.
