Reporting a bug or suggesting an idea
Your feedback genuinely counts: a good part of what exists in TAYO.pro came from requests by tradespeople.
Three kinds of feedback
Section titled “Three kinds of feedback”A bug — something is not working as expected.
An idea — a feature you are missing.
An integration — a tool you use that you would like to see connected.
Reporting a bug well
Section titled “Reporting a bug well”The more precise your description, the faster it is fixed. Four things are enough:
- What you were doing — “I was sending an invoice from a project”.
- What you expected — “for it to reach the client”.
- What happened — “a red error message appeared”.
- The project number concerned. That is what lets us find your exact case instead of trying to reproduce it blind.
Add a screenshot if you can: it is often what makes it clear first time.
Also say whether the problem happens every time or only now and then. A bug that always reproduces is fixed much faster.
Suggesting an idea well
Section titled “Suggesting an idea well”Describe the problem you are hitting, not only the solution you have in mind.
“I would like a button here” is less useful than “I have to retype the same address ten times a week”. The second lets us find a better solution than the one you had in mind.
Following your feedback
Section titled “Following your feedback”Your feedback stays visible, and you can support other people’s. Requests that come up often naturally rise up the priorities.
A question, not a problem
Section titled “A question, not a problem”If you are just looking for how to do something, start with this documentation — the search at the top of the page covers all of it. Otherwise use Contact us in the application.
