Project reminders

A project reminder is a note that comes back to you on the date you chose. It is for you, internally — the client never sees it.

Typically: “call the tenant”, “check whether the part has arrived”, “chase the management”.

  • One reminder per project.
  • You pick a date and write your message.
  • You get an e-mail notification on the day.
  • Then you mark it done, or push it back.

Pending reminders stay visible on the project, and you keep a clear view of what is left to handle.

Project reminders are for you. Invoice reminders go to the client to chase a payment. They are not the same thing.
