Project statuses

A project’s status says who has to act: you (To do), someone else (In progress), or nobody, because the project is closed (Archived).

In progress	Awaiting approval (your client validates the project) · Awaiting award (the quote has gone out) · On-site job scheduled · Awaiting payment

Good to know

• The status changes on its own, with your actions and the property manager’s in Tayo: a quote sent moves the project to Awaiting award, a finished on-site job asks you what comes next.
• Only the final invoice moves the project to Awaiting payment. A deposit invoice does not change the status.
• Forcing the status by hand is possible, but not recommended: nothing is sent, and the next sync with Tayo can restore it. See Force a project’s status.
