Send a spontaneous quote

Propose work nobody asked you for — the water heater near the end of its life spotted during a repair: TAYO.pro creates a project for this quote and sends it.

Create a spontaneous quote

Section titled “Create a spontaneous quote”
  1. In Projects, click New spontaneous quote in the quick actions.
  2. Choose the client and the job site, describe the work, then attach the PDF and the amount.
  3. Send the quote.

  • Extra work on an ongoing project? Make a complementary quote instead, from that project’s Quotes card.

If something goes wrong

The quote won’t send: Contact support.
