Share a project with your client

Your client follows the project in their Client space, free of charge, and answers your quotes there.

Animation: in a project that is not shared, click on Share in the Portal & Notifications disabled banner, turning on Portal & notifications, the e-mail left on Yes, then a click on Save; the project moves to awaiting approval. — Animation recorded in the light theme.

Good to know

Request client validation: the project waits in Awaiting approval until they confirm. Only possible in Quote to send, On-site job to schedule or Invoice to send.
The client only sees what you share with them: not your other projects, not the Project Drive, not your internal messages.
They accept or decline your quotes themselves, from their Client space: see Answer a quote.

If something goes wrong

Your client cannot find the project? They must sign in with the address that received the e-mail: Your Client space.
