Your subscription: BASIC plan or PLUS plan
The BASIC plan is free and covers all the work that comes from your Tayo property managers. The PLUS plan, paid with a 30-day trial, extends it to your own clients. You compare them in Settings → Subscriptions, as at the Plan step of the setup.
The BASIC plan is enough if you only work with Tayo property managers
Section titled “The BASIC plan is enough if you only work with Tayo property managers”It includes Tayo projects and the connection to your Tayo account, the spontaneous quote and invoice for your property managers, sending a document, Identity with 3 certificates, a basic Star profile and the Tags and Locations module, with support by e-mail.
The PLUS plan is needed for
Section titled “The PLUS plan is needed for”- your own clients: creating them, importing them, work orders and quotes for them, the guest portal;
- the spontaneous quote and invoice for all your clients, and prefilled from a project;
- unlimited certificates and Star with full visibility;
- the Project Drive, Automatic Invoice Reminders, Automate accepted invoices to paid unverified and Multi-Branch Management modules;
- project reminders, evaluations, message templates, importing paid invoices;
- your team’s internal discussion on a project, which neither the client nor the property manager sees;
- linked Tayo accounts.

Price and trial
Section titled “Price and trial”The PLUS plan costs CHF 45.– per month, or CHF 39.– per month billed annually (CHF 468.– a year). Prices exclude VAT.
- 30-day free trial: your card is asked for at the start, on Stripe’s payment page, and nothing is charged during the trial.
- The first payment is charged automatically when the trial ends, unless you cancel before.
Good to know
Section titled “Good to know”- One trial per company: subscribing again after cancelling does not open a new one.
- Leaving the PLUS plan removes the linked Tayo accounts; what was imported stays.
- The TAYO.pro API will be a paid option of the PLUS plan, to connect your business software. It is not available yet: the waiting list tells you when it is released.
- Planned, not available yet: project groups, property managers’ calls for tenders and the Star profile’s contact form (PLUS plan), chat support (every plan).
If something goes wrong
Section titled “If something goes wrong”The PLUS plan features do not appear after payment: refresh the page, then, if nothing changes, contact support.
