The Basic and Plus plans
TAYO.pro comes in two plans. You compare them under Settings → Subscriptions, where the current price is also shown, monthly or yearly.
Basic — free

How to tell whether you need Plus
Section titled “How to tell whether you need Plus”The dividing line is clean: Basic covers your Tayo property managers, Plus covers all your clients.
Three fairly reliable signs:
- You want more visibility. Star at full visibility exposes you to property managers who do not know you yet.
- You want to save time on every project. Automatic chasing, internal reminders, message templates, Drive: all things you do by hand today.
- You work with clients outside Tayo. Without Plus you can neither create them nor send them orders and quotes.
If none of that speaks to you, Basic is enough.
Changing plan
Section titled “Changing plan”Under Settings → Subscriptions, the Manage subscription button. You will also find your payment method and past invoices there. An administrator role is required.
The yearly subscription costs less than monthly — the exact percentage is shown on screen.
When you meet a locked feature elsewhere in the app, TAYO.pro tells you which plan unlocks it: nothing disappears without explanation.
